§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
The following general terms and conditions (AGB) govern the contractual relationship between Looplabb BV (looplabbbackup.kinsta.cloud) and the consumers and entrepreneurs who purchase goods through our shop. Conflicting or deviating conditions from our terms and conditions are not recognized by us. The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The offers on the internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to purchase goods.
(2) You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. During the ordering process, you enter your data and preferences regarding payment method, delivery options, etc. Only by clicking the order button do you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) The access confirmation sent immediately by email simultaneously constitutes acceptance of the offer and thus concludes the purchase contract.
§ 3 Customer information: Storage of the contract text
Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) is stored by us. We will send you the terms and conditions, but you can also access the terms and conditions at any time after the conclusion of the contract via our website. As a registered customer, you can access your past orders through the customer login area (My Account).
§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Note
You can correct your entries at any time before submitting the order using the delete key. We inform you about further correction options along the way through the ordering process. You can also completely end the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 6 Statutory Defects Liability Rights
For our goods, statutory warranty rights for defects exist.
§ 7 Consumer Information: Participation in janoFair
We participate in janoFair. janoFair is an alternative to the state-recognized consumer arbitration boards. If we cannot amicably resolve disagreements arising from our contractual relationship, the free dispute resolution procedure of janoFair is available to you. The limitation period for any claims is excluded for the duration of this procedure. If no agreement is reached there either, legal recourse remains available.
