    3. Check the contents of your shopping cart (top right of the screen).
    4. If this is your first time buying from Looplabb, we then ask you to fill in all details such as name, address, phone number, email, etc. Please do this carefully so your information can be processed correctly.
    5. You complete your order by making a payment. This can be done in various ways as indicated below. Note: After payment, your order is final and cannot be changed. Will you please check your details again before completing the order?
    6. The average delivery time is 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed before 23:00 are usually delivered the next working day.

  • Looplabb does not have a physical store but there are several sales points where you can try on a Looplabb glasses. Soon it will be possible to try the glasses online through a ‘virtual try-on’ option.

  • All Looplabb reading glasses cost €29.95 including VAT.

  • After sending your glasses, we will send you the invoice by email. You can also view your invoice by logging into your own Looplabb account.

  • Each Looplabb pair of glasses is handmade. We combine the best components available and use a unique assembly method to secure each element and guarantee quality.

    The frames are made with a 'whole-core-colored' frame that ensures color consistency, durability, and an integrated soft coating. This makes the glasses feel very comfortable and solid.

    The screws and springs are made of double-hardened stainless steel, which is strong and fully integrated with the frames. Virtually indestructible.

    Our ultra-thin acrylic lenses are optician-quality. They are light, very clear, and offer the most refined and consistent strength available for ready-to-wear reading glasses. The scratch-resistant coating ensures reliably crystal-clear vision, even after prolonged intensive use. The entire collection is TÜV-certified – the highest quality assurance standard.

    Each pair of glasses comes with a handy felt case made of recycled wool, so you can always safely store your new glasses.

  • All standard lenses of our sunglasses come with Category 3 – UV400 protection. Perfect for protection against the sun in daily life.

  • No, unfortunately we have not yet been able to find ready-made multifocal lenses that meet our requirements. In the background, we are indeed in talks with various leading lens suppliers to develop the right multifocal lenses.

  • Absolutely! On the website, you will find in the menu the option Blue light filter glasses. They come in 3 different frames and beautiful colors. And available with and without prescription.

Shipping, returns & warranty

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal and Sweden.

  • At Looplabb, all orders of 2 glasses or more (minimum €59.90 including VAT) are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and other EU countries. If you order 1 pair of glasses, you pay €4.95 for shipping costs.

  • Orders placed before 23:00 will be delivered the next working day.

  • All ordered products you receive from us have a withdrawal period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you actually received our delivery.

    1. If you notify us that you are exercising the right of withdrawal, you then have 14 days to return or hand over the products to us. You are on time if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. You can also choose to return the products without notification within the 14-day reflection period and include a statement in the return package indicating your wish to withdraw.
    2. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You can use our return portal or the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are canceling the purchase. You can email this fully completed to info@looplabb.com. You can choose whether to use the portal or the form; you do not have to use both.
    3. The shipping costs for returning ordered products are at your own expense and can therefore be arranged with the sender of your choice. Even when returning via the return portal you can choose your own carrier and pay the shipping costs yourself.
    4. If you choose to exchange the product, we ask you to notify us in writing which alternative product you wish to receive. We will wait to send the alternative chosen product until we have received the returned goods, or if you can prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first. The shipping costs for sending the alternative product will be paid by Looplabb.
    5. If you choose a refund, you will receive the full purchase amount back from us within 5 working days after your withdrawal notification in the same way you paid. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back, or you have proven that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
    6. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
    7. All products come with a 2-year full factory warranty.
    8. If an item breaks, we are happy to help you then as well.

  • The warranty policy is automatically effective upon purchase of a product from Looplabb. Looplabb provides two (2) years warranty on its products. The warranties ensure that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability, and durability.

    The warranties do not apply in case of:

    • Theft or loss;
    • Deliberate damage;
    • Damage resulting from improper use, such as
      scratches, bumps, or falls;
    • Normal wear and aging of
      used materials; or
    • Damage due to neglect.

    You acknowledge and agree that
    Looplabb products are vulnerable to breakage when handled carelessly.
    The warranty only applies to demonstrable manufacturing defects.
    The warranties no longer apply if a third party
    performs repair work or other work on the product without
    prior written consent from Looplabb.
    If a valid warranty claim can be made, and we ask you to
    return the product to us, the return costs will be paid by us. If our
    warranty does not apply, the return costs are yours. For all
    items you purchase from us, the statutory warranty applies. Statutory
    warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer
    can reasonably expect. The two years extra warranty provided by Looplabb
    does not affect the statutory warranty.

  • After you have placed the order, we will send you a track & trace code with which you can follow your order.

  • Through your own Looplabb account you can change your (delivery) address. However, once your order is completed, we can no longer make any changes to the respective order.

  • Check the order confirmation
    In the order confirmation you will find the expected delivery time of your order. Most of our glasses will be at your home the next working day, but some glasses have a longer delivery time. Have you not received an order confirmation? Then contact our customer service.

    Check your email
    Most likely you have received emails from us about the status of your order. Also check your spam folder. You can also view the status of your order in your account under the heading ‘My orders’.

    Check the Track & Trace code
    View in the Track & Trace link in the shipping confirmation when the delivery of your order is scheduled. The delivery may be delayed. Does the Track & Trace code also not provide clarity? Then contact our customer service.

  • When choosing a new pair of glasses, you need to consider the shape of your face. For an angular face, a round pair of glasses looks best. It creates a soft facial expression and a radiant appearance. While a round face benefits from an angular frame. Want to know more about this? Then click here.

    Hair color also influences the choice of your glasses. Dark hair goes well with brown frames, but for blonde hair, you better choose gray, burgundy, or pastel.

    Your personal taste and style naturally play the biggest role. Choose what makes you feel good, then you will naturally shine!

  • That depends on the terms of your health insurer and package.

    Before you buy glasses at Looplabb, it is best to check with your health insurer whether these qualify for reimbursement. This is entirely dependent on your insurer and which (additional) insurance you have.

  • You use your glasses daily, so we want to give them a little extra care from time to time. But how can you best do this? You need two soft cloths, lukewarm water, and pH-neutral soap.

    1. Wash your hands
    2. Hold your glasses by the nose bridge or the arms, not the lenses
    3. Moisten the cloths with lukewarm water and the soap and clean the lenses
    4. Dry the glasses with the other cloth

  • We provide a 2-year warranty on all our glasses for manufacturing and material defects.

  • If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us in writing via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

    If you are still not completely satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).”

Sustainability

  • Our frames are not yet fully sustainable, but our packaging is now. In 2023, we presented the first 2 models made from 65% biodegradable material. By 2026, our entire collection is expected to be made from 65% biodegradable material.

    Today's world faces major challenges, from climate change to inequality and prejudice. Of course, we understand that one brand cannot change all of this alone, but we also know that with hard work and a positive outlook, we can make glasses where waste is minimized and everyone is welcome.

    We are currently working hard on our sustainability goals; we want to minimize our environmental impact, increase our positive impact to 100%, and improve the lives of thousands of people in our value chain.

    In the future, we want to work towards making our entire collection from this same biodegradable material.
