Shipping & Delivery

How is my order delivered?


In the Netherlands and Belgium, we deliver your order via PostNL. In Germany, your order is delivered by DHL to the delivery address you specified.

Are you not present at the time of delivery? Then the package will be delivered to the neighbors. If delivery to the neighbors also fails, you will receive a message from the carrier in the mailbox. With this, you can indicate online with the carrier when you want the package to be delivered to your home again or you can choose to
package to be picked up at the pickup point closest to you.

What are the shipping costs?


We ship all orders from €50 free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. In the case that you order 1 pair of glasses (and thus less than €50), you pay €4.95 for shipping costs.

For the other EU countries and Canada, we ask you to contact us for an indication of the shipping costs.

What are the delivery times?


Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered the next working day. We are also dependent on external transport companies and it can of course occasionally happen that an order is delivered a day later. Especially during the
huge rush from mid-November to the end of December.

What is my Track & Trace code?


When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email containing your Track & Trace code from your carrier. With this, you can track the status of your package and see when the carrier will deliver the package.
